Conditions of participation

1. general

The competition will be organised by gitti GmbH and announced on its website. gitti GmbH is also free to announce the competition in other media forms (e.g. on social media platforms). The competition shall end at the time defined in the entry. Changes to the competition will be announced in the same media on which the entry was published. The legal process is excluded.

2. conditions of participation

The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the entry. Participation in the competition constitutes the participant's full agreement to the conditions of participation. Employees of gitti GmbH may not participate. The prerequisite for participation is registration for the gitti newsletter with a valid email address. Each person may participate once in the competition.

3. prize

The prize to be won is the non-cash prize stated in the entry, whereby the non-cash prize may also consist of a voucher for a product, service or retailer. Winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition and, unless otherwise specified, will be notified by e-mail. Cash payment of prizes is excluded. There are no claims to specific characteristics of prizes that cannot be inferred from the direct wording of the competition. The prize may be redeemed until 31.12.2023.

4. exclusion of participation

Any user who attempts to falsify the result by technological means or otherwise will be disqualified immediately. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without notice after becoming known. Affected participants are thus excluded from the competition. If the entry of an already determined winner is thus removed, this entry is excluded from the competition and a new winner will be determined at random.

5. reservation of right to make changes

gitti GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the competition temporarily or permanently at any time, without giving reasons and without one or more winners having been announced. In this case (before the regular end of the competition), no one will receive a prize.

6. legal regulations

By participating in the competition, participants accept the general terms and conditions and the data protection regulations of gitti GmbH. Participants also agree that, by entering the competition, their personal data will be stored and processed by gitti GmbH for the purposes of running the competition and for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data may be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@gitti.de.

The competition is not directly related to the social media platforms on which it is conducted and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. Comments on social media platforms will remain and continue to be publicly viewable until deleted by the person commenting.
