The Crowdinvesting campaign will be open to everyone from 30th April 2024. The maximum issue volume is €1.5 million. Once this amount has been raised, the crowdinvesting campaign will be closed.

If you invest during the Early Bird phase (between 30th April 2024 and 6th May 2024), you will receive an additional special one-off interest rate of 1 % on the invested amount for the first year.

You will receive any ongoing payouts, i.e. any interest and bonus payments, once a year on the interest payment date. Please consult the fact sheet ("Basisinformationsblatt") for further details.

Will taxes be deducted on interest payments?
In general, any income from capital assets, including interest on the bond, is taxable. As the issuer, we’re obliged to pay all statutory taxes for you upon payment of the interest as withholding tax. This generally includes capital gains tax, the solidarity surcharge and, in some cases, church tax. To this end, you will receive a tax certificate from us the following year. The payment of withholding tax can in all likelihood be avoided by applying for a tax exemption order. Please clarify any tax concerns with your tax advisor, as your tax liability depends very much on your personal circumstances, and we are not permitted to provide tax advice.

There is no trading market for your digital bond, as with a stock exchange. You can, however, transfer your bond to others once the lock-up period has ended by using your digital certificate, or if needed sell it. With our crowdinvesting campaign, you can invest any amount between €250 and €25,000. With a five-year investment, you will benefit from an annual interest payout and receive regular updates on our company's development. Your investment allows us to concentrate on growth and making gitti a household name all over the world.

How crowdinvesting works.
You can invest between 250 and 25,000 euros.* Anyone investing the maximum amount will have the opportunity to develop their own gitti nail colour with us for launch in our online shop.
You will receive a fixed interest payment (8% p.a.) every year and your invested capital will be repaid after 5 years with the last interest payment.
You can also benefit from bonus interest payments (up to 3% additionally possible) if gitti achieves certain revenue targets. Under specific conditions, you can also benefit in case of an exit event.
