  • Build the Customer Service Team for gitti from the beginning. Define the service strategy and value propositions in line with the overall vision and company strategy

  • Build CS for DACH as well as non-German speaking countries

  • Hire, lead and develop the team and be the professional contact for employees in Customer Service. Conduct regular feedback talks and build recruiting processes

  • In the beginning, support the team in writing answers to customer inquiries via email. Build up further communications channels for the customers. Develop and implement training & onboarding need and concept

  • Organize day-to-day business and control of day-to-day performance

  • Define relevant Service KPIs and develop operational reporting to the Management. Define Service Levels

  • Share regular customer feedback and define ongoing feedback process to other departments

  • Define, establish, and constantly improve internal processes and its documentation. Cooperate well with other departments

  • Build and improve a great technical infrastructure (together with the IT) with a great Agent Experience. Ensure that all communication channels and systems are well integrated
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a team leader in customer service, from small to medium teams

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree

  • You understand economic relationships and the KPIs for successful steering and are able to build underlying processes for customer excellence. You think and act highly customer-centric

  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English (French would be a plus, not mandatory)

  • You enjoy communicating with our customers by email, on the phone, and through other channels with a very high customer orientation and quick comprehension

  • You are flexible and willing to approach things in an unconventional way, with a talent for improvisation. You are assertive and able to think and work outside of the box

  • You have strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy motivating, supporting and encouraging employees

  • You know how to deliver effective solutions

  • You are a digital native, including good MS Office skills and experience with CS tools

  • You enjoy building new things with an above-average commitment
