for our Brand Marketing Team to support our strong growth path by leading the Social Media Strategy and execution across all channels.

- Own the creation and execution of a bold & innovative Social Media Strategy, including social media campaigns & content in alignment with brand & product launch strategy.
- Lead Social Media team, enabling creators to plan & execute consistent and synced storytelling and content formats across channels, while building a strong team culture.
- Accelerate reach and engagement of gittis SoMe channels & community, delivering big & bold communication across existing and new channels, constantly adapting to new trends, formats and channels.
- Assess and track performance across key KPIs of all SoMe channels and campaigns, quickly and flexibly adapting plans based on learnings, enabling constant and rapid growth.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and correctly model data in DWH for further data analysis and reporting
- Lead Internationalization of all Social channels and content creation
- Brief, lead and guide agencies, external partners and creators.
- Close collaboration and alignment with all internal functions - performance & influencer marketing,, creative content hub, magazine, product & shop management.
- 4-5 years of experience in Social Media and community management strategy & execution, ideally e-commerce and/or premium consumer goods
- First people/team leadership experience
- Completed studies in business, marketing, communication or comparable
- Excellent German and English skills
- You love challenging tasks that require creativity as well as excellent project management skills
- You are a team-player and strive for collaboration, but also work proactively & independently
