We are now looking for a Digital Product Management Intern (f/m/d) who takes on a lot of responsibility and own projects and thus contributes to maintaining and optimizing our online shop. We are looking for someone who gets excited about creating intuitive and inspiring shopping experiences.
You will get the opportunity to experience agile product and project management in practice. You will work at an interface to different departments and thus gain insights into different areas (e.g. product management, marketing, analytics, product development, IT).

- Maintenance and creation of our content within Shopify and Wordpress.
- Support our feature delivery pipeline, e.g. creation and design of new user-friendly and innovative features for the online shop, defining specifications, ticket creation or quality assurance.
- Planning and prioritizing (sub-) projects for the implementation with IT.
- Identify potential optimizations to improve our shop experience and performance.
- Setup and evaluate A/B Testing as well as create evaluations and analyses, focussing on funnel- and CR optimization, and other relevant KPIs.
- Act as an additional point of contact for emergencies and bug reports.
- Work closely together with our developers and designers to develop new components features.
- Handle a variety of stakeholders from different departments like Business Intelligence, Performance Marketing and Brand.
- You are a student or have recently successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics, computer science, eCommerce, digital innovation or related fields.
- You are interested in eCommerce topics and have a certain technical understanding.
- You have the ability to manage multiple topics at a time and a resilient attitude.
- You have an affinity for challenging tasks that require creative thinking.
- You work proactively, independently, and result oriented.
- You work analytically and have an affinity for numbers.
- You have an affinity and passion for UI and UX, design capabilities are a plus.
- You love to work in a team and are not shy to present your thoughts and ideas.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Nice to have: You have experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress as well as analytical tools. Plus you easily dive in to new tools.
- Nice to have: You have a basic understanding of programming languages.
