We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team in Berlin and to play a big part in scaling up our performance marketing channels.

- You implement, maintain and optimize advertising campaigns for at least one channel (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, SEA)
- You take ownership of the performance of your channel and collaborate with other channel owners in the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging
- You collaborate with our visual designer to ensure ad creatives meet best practices as well as testing new formats to discover potential opportunities
- You create your own ongoing reports and analysis using internal tracking tools eg. Google Data Studio and our own data warehouse
- You set up technical tests and landing pages in order to optimize conversion data (eg. dynamic ads, A/B testing)
- You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, economics or a similar course
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in performance marketing/online marketing in an e-commerce/DTC startup, with a strong focus on scaling
- You know how to work with Excel/Sheet skills and analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Data Studio, etc.)
- You have practical experience and knowledge of tools from performance marketing (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics etc.)
- You speak English fluently
